Customer Care Junior

About the role

There is a new opportunity within our Customer Care Team. The profile we are looking for will be directly involved in the management of technical communication and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency
  • Provide technical support to end customers and resellers
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by customers, providing quick and effective solutions
  • Implement product instruction and maintenance manuals

We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have:

  • Degree in foreign languages
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian both spoken and written (C1-C2)
  • The knowledge of another language is mandatory (C1-C2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team working attitude
