Customer Care Junior
About the role
There is a new opportunity within our Customer Care Team. The profile we are looking for will be directly involved in the management of technical communication and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency
- Provide technical support to end customers and resellers
- Troubleshoot issues raised by customers, providing quick and effective solutions
- Implement product instruction and maintenance manuals
We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have:
- Degree in foreign languages
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian both spoken and written (C1-C2)
- The knowledge of another language is mandatory (C1-C2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Team working attitude
