Customer Care Representative

About the role

There is a new opportunity within our Customer Care Team. The profile we are looking for will be directly involved in the management of technical communication and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a large volume of emails and chats, with knowledge and efficiency; 
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls;  
  • Provide technical support to end customers and partners; 
  • Troubleshoot issues raised by customers, providing quick and effective solutions; 
  • Develop product instruction and maintenance manuals. 

We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have:

  • Diploma or degree in Languages or similar; 
  • Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written (C1 or similar); 
  • Good knowledge of French (B2-C1);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word/Excel; 
  • Proactivity, sense of initiative and willingness to establish good relationships; 
  • Excellent organizational skills; 
  • Strong team-building attitude and problem-solving approach; 
  • 1-2 years of experience in the role will be considered a plus.
